Bookings & Appointments

A 30% deposit is required to secure bookings.

Free rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment incur a 30% fee.

No-shows incur a 100% fee.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these booking and cancellation terms.
Packages

Treatment packages are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Packages are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Packages cannot be altered, transferred, or shared between clients.

Packages must be used as purchased and cannot be split across different services, areas, or people.

Unused sessions or remaining value are not refundable.

Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for a refund, including where medical or personal circumstances arise after purchase.
Products

Products may be exchanged or issued with store credit within 30 days for change of mind, provided they are unopened and in original condition.

Proof of purchase is required.
Medical & Treatment Considerations

Results from treatments can vary between individuals.

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history and medications prior to treatment.

Where a client later decides not to proceed with treatment due to personal or medical reasons, this does not create an entitlement to a refund unless required by law.
Pricing & Promotions

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotional pricing, packages, or offers are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Discounts, promotions, or price changes cannot be applied to past purchases.
