How does it work?
Laser hair removal works by gently focusing light into the hair follicle, which prevents the hairs ability to grow without causing damage to your skin. The laser can treat multiple follicles at one time, making the whole experience super quick! Most people require 8-12 treatments spaced every 4-6 weeks. Maintenance sessions may also be required after your course.

YPrep:
Preparation is key! For laser hair removal to work correctly, you must shave the night before or morning of your treatment. (Women’s face, please leave for the therapist to see). To ensure the treatment is as effective as possible ensure that it is a clean shave, not clippers. We need the laser energy to be absorbed in the hair root, and not wasted singeing surface hairs. If it’s one of those hard to get to spots (i.e. mens back), let us know and we can arrange shaving at an additional cost.
You may notice redness after your treatment, depending on the size and place of the area, which is normal. We advise using laser aid to soothe the area and avoid direct sunlight for 3 days post laser. Our friendly team are happy to answer any questions you may have before your treatment.
